Brent is one of the founders of Corporate Capital and has spent more than 20 years in the corporate and financial world since graduating from Brigham Young University in 2004. Earlier in his career he served as a general manager, leading more than 30 sales professionals and all day to day operations, with peak sales at 12 million. He has been a public speaker on corporate structure and asset protection since 2005. He serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Nevada Registered Agents Association and sits on its Board of Directors. He has helped thousands of entrepreneurs maintain and grow their portfolios through proper structuring and tax planning. He is a proud husband and the dad of four boys.

Derk helps people solve problems around taxes, tax planning, and trusts. His background spans sales, business development, and manufacturing, and running his own business for several years taught him how to serve clients well. He has been a husband for over thirty years and is a father of two. When he is not working, you will find him fly fishing, outdoors, or watching sports.
